A woman is in critical condition after being pinned against her car by an SUV Monday in a parking lot on Mount Royal.

According to Const. Véronique Dubuc, spokesperson for the Montreal police, the incident occurred at around 4 p.m. in a parking lot off Remembrance Road. Several 911 calls were placed, she said.

When police arrived at the scene, they found a woman in her 40s on the ground. She had serious lower body injuries, Dubuc said.
