[Toqué in Montreal]

Montreal was well-represented on the list of Canada's 100 Best Restaurants in 2017. Toqué, Joe Beef and Le Vin Papillon were the three local restaurants that made the top ten of the list, however, 26 restaurants made the top 100.  How Canada's Best 100 put together their rankings:
